You\u2019ll need to use a certified channel and comply with an approved format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>More information available <a style=\"color:#05AC72\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"28\" href=\"https:\/\/www.abcinvoice.eu\/en\/digitization-vs-e-invoicing-dont-confuse-the-two\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <br><strong>How will It work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting in 2026, invoices will no longer be exchanged directly between supplier and client. Instead, they will flow through <strong>certified platforms<\/strong> using the <strong>PEPPOL<\/strong> network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each business will need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose a PEPPOL e-invoicing service provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send and\/or receive e-invoices through that provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure their tools and systems are compatible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To help ease this transition, <strong>ABCinvoice.eu is becoming<\/strong> a <strong>PEPPOL-certified service provider<\/strong>, working closely with an approved Access Point platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> <br>What About E-Reporting<strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E-reporting<\/strong> is expected to become mandatory in Belgium by <strong>2028<\/strong>.<br>While this requirement isn\u2019t active yet, it\u2019s crucial to plan ahead. Just like e-invoicing, businesses will need to send certain transaction data to the tax authorities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The good news? <strong>ABCinvoice.eu will be ready<\/strong>.<br>Thanks to our experience with the French reform, our tool already integrates e-reporting mechanisms.
