Click the link to <strong>confirm your account creation<\/strong>.<br>(If you do not see it, please check your junk mail or spam folder.)<\/li><\/ol><h3>2. Company information<\/h3><ol start=\"4\"><li>Fill in your <strong>company name and details<\/strong> (address, VAT ID number\u2026)<br><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong> : If you receive an error message at this stage, we will contact you as soon as possible. The likely cause is that your company is already registered with another provider and we need to manage the transfer. The deregistration procedures are documented <a href=\"https:\/\/support.abcinvoice.eu\/fr\/support\/solutions\/articles\/22000293163-comment-se-d%C3%A9sinscrire-de-mon-prestataire-pr%C3%A9c%C3%A9dent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.  <\/li><\/ol><h3>3. Profile settings<\/h3><ol start=\"6\"><li>In the <strong>Settings<\/strong> menu (lower left corner), customize your profile:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Upload your company <strong>logo<\/strong>, which will appear on your invoices.<\/li><li>Upload an <strong>official document<\/strong> (extract from the Central Business Register, certificate, etc.) for <strong>verification <\/strong>of your company&#8217;s identity.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5. Activation of electronic invoice reception<\/h3><ol start=\"7\"><li>Tick the boxes to activate your <strong>PEPPOL account<\/strong> and the <strong>reception of electronic invoices on<\/strong> ABCinvoice.eu. (It is possible to use another service provider for receiving invoices, but the law requires all VAT-registered businesses to be able to receive electronic invoices.) <\/li><\/ol><h3>6.
