ABCinvoice.eu offers several feeds to enable you to interact in the most efficient way for you. Of course, you can combine them. Everything is included in your subscription.
1 – The web application or “portal”
Visit app.abcinvoice.eu and manage your customers, contacts, incoming and outgoing invoices.
2 – A simple e-mail
Did you used to send your invoices to your customers in PDF format? Don’t change a thing!
Simply change the recipient’s email address, and we’ll take care of the rest! When you create an ABCinvoice.eu account, you are assigned an email address. Just send your invoices in PDF format to that address, and voilà, your electronic invoice is available, pre-analysed, on your portal.
Even better! It also works for incoming invoices! Simply forward your purchase invoices, including those from third countries or in other currencies!
3 – Via the mobile app
Just like email, download the ABCinvoice.eu app for free and start scanning your invoices. Ideal for restaurant bills and other small invoices, but also perfect for professionals who invoice the “old-fashioned” way with a simple handwritten receipt. All you have to do is write legibly to create an electronic invoice!
4 – Import an Excel file
Do you work in a sector such as manufacturing or retail, where invoices can sometimes contain hundreds of lines? Our Excel feed is made for you.
Paste your invoice lines into our Excel template and upload it via the portal. We will generate the invoices for you. It’s all automatic.
5 – The API and its integrations
ABCinvoice.eu naturally has a REST API, which means you can integrate it with all your applications.
This API is already used by a free plugin for Stripe, which allows you to automate electronic invoicing from your Stripe account! Ideal for e-commerce with WordPress, Woocommerce, Shopify, or others.
