Sign-up procedure

To create and configure your electronic billing account on ABCinvoice.eu, follow the steps below (the list may seem long, but it is very simple).

1. Account creation

  1. Click here. The link should open in a new window or tab so that you can continue to see this list.

  1. Enter your e-mail address and define a password, and accept the Terms and Conditions. Click Next.
  2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click the link to confirm your account creation.
    (If you do not see it, please check your junk mail or spam folder.)

2. Company information

  1. Fill in your company name and details (address, VAT ID number…)
    IMPORTANT : If you receive an error message at this stage, we will contact you as soon as possible. The likely cause is that your company is already registered with another provider and we need to manage the transfer. The deregistration procedures are documented here.

3. Plan selection and payment

  1. Select the plan that suits your needs and proceed to payment.
    DON’T FORGET! On the payment page (left), you can use one of the promo codes currently available:
    • WELCOME20 : 20% discount on all yearly plans (1st year)
    • WELCOME6 : 6 months free on ABC Perso

4. Profile settings

  1. In the Settings menu (lower left corner), customize your profile:
  • Upload your company logo, which will appear on your invoices.
  • Upload an official document (extract from the Central Business Register, certificate, etc.) for verification of your company’s identity.

5. Activation of electronic invoice reception

  1. Tick the boxes to activate your PEPPOL account and the reception of electronic invoices on ABCinvoice.eu. (It is possible to use another service provider for receiving invoices, but the law requires all VAT-registered businesses to be able to receive electronic invoices.)

6. Final validation

Once the verification has been completed by our team (within a maximum of two business days), you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You can then access all ABCinvoice.eu features: issuing, receiving, and tracking your electronic invoices in full compliance.
